马克思主义理论学科研究

Accelerating the construction of Chinese philosophy and social sciences is a major and urgent task for the development of Chinese academia in the new era. Rooted in Chinese historical practice, Chinese philosophy and social sciences are centered on the shift of academic research from an "apprentice state" to independent "self-assertion", and uphold the unity of open learning and independent construction. The construction must take historical materialism as its methodological guidance, break with dogmatic thinking, and integrate the basic tenets of Marxism with China's specific reatities and fine traditional culture. Basing on Chinese practice, following scientific methods, and upholding academic independence constitutes the fundamental path to building philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, style and spirit.
