Strengthening the construction of Party cadres team,cultivating and nurturing a group of cadres who are both virtuous and talented,and loyal to Marxism,is the fundamental task to achieve long-term stability and ensure the sustainable development of the Party's cause.Lenin profoundly expounded the basic connotation of Party cadres,proposing that Party cadres are the most reliable,experienced,and well-trained proletarian backbone with good theoretical cultivation and practical skills.Lenin clearly pointed out the practical path of the Party's cadre team,and clarified the prerequisites,key points,and guarantees for forging and building a high-quality and specialized Party cadre team.On the new journey,we must inherit and develop Lenin's thoughts on strengthening the construction of Party cadres team,deeply grasp the laws of the Party's cadre team construction in the new era,constantly create new situations in cadre team construction,and provide strong organizational and talent guarantees for comprehensively promoting the construction of a strong country and the great cause of national rejuvenation.
